Terms and conditions of purchase for a Breathe your way retreat:
1. General
These terms of purchase apply to the purchase of a retreat arranged by Alexandra Niemi Olsen, Breathe your way AS org.nr 931 265 849, hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer".
By registering and paying, the customer is deemed to have accepted these terms in their entirety.
2. Registration and payment
Registration is binding when payment is made via Stripe in Kajabi.
Full or partial payment according to the selected payment plan is required upon registration
All prices are stated in NOK and include what is described in the retreat's program. Mind that the currency exchange rate between your countrys currency to NOK might change throughout the payment chosen plan.
3. Cancellation and refund
The retreat is considered a time-limited service with a fixed date and is exempt from the right of withdrawal according to the Right of Withdrawal Act ยง 22.
Registration is binding, and the amount paid is not refunded in the event of cancellation.
If a participant must cancel, the organizer may โ at its own discretion โ attempt to offer the place to another participant.
Only if the place is fully replaced, will the original participant receive a refund of the amount paid, less any administrative costs.
There is no guarantee that the place will be replaced.
4. Travel, insurance and liability
The customer is responsible for:
Valid passport and any visa
Travel insurance
Necessary vaccinations and health documentation
The organizer is not responsible for loss, damage, illness, delays or other conditions that occur during the trip or stay, unless this is due to gross negligence on the part of the organizer.
5. Health and self-declaration
Participation is at your own risk. The customer confirms that they are physically and mentally able to participate in the retreat's activities.
The organizer does not offer medical or psychological treatment.
6. Changes to the program
The organizer reserves the right to make minor changes to the program, content or facilitators if necessary. Such changes do not entitle you to a refund.
7. Cancellation by the organizer
If the retreat must be canceled by the organizer (e.g. due to force majeure, illness or too few participants), the amount paid will be refunded in full.
The organizer is not responsible for other costs the customer may have, such as airfare or hotel.
8. Privacy
Personal information is treated confidentially and in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. The information is used only for the administration of the retreat.
