Why will a retreat with me change your life?

 

All I want for you is that you thrive! I want you to be so fully connected to who you are, that you make no compromises to live out your most meaningful life. To get to this you might need some practice. You will need to practice finding your calm again and again, in a chaotic world. We all deserve to have support, and that´s why I am here.

As a retreat holder I do my most meaningful work. I get to be there for you and help you release what you don´t want, and connect with what you want more of while you enjoy a beautiful stay in one of my favorite locations: Portugal.

Portugal has been a place where I have gone to retreat from life since 2019🏄🏼‍♀️ Every time I come here, I grow and heal. I enjoy and thrive. Let´s get down to business!

Meditation

Meditation serves as an anchor throughout the entire retreat. By regulating the nervous system and finding stillness within, we gain clarity and a deeper understanding of what truly matters in life.

In a safe and supportive space like this retreat, you may discover entirely new aspects of yourself as you are gently guided into meditation

Nourishing Food

You will be served incredibly delicious and nourishing meals throughout the retreat. A local chef will be with us in the villa, using fresh, locally sourced ingredients.

The meals are thoughtfully tailored for a retreat setting - primarily vegetarian, with the addition of locally caught fish and some meat. You will be served three meals per day

Movement

When we move, we help the body move emotions. This is something we will explore through breathwork, various breathing techniques, and movement practices.

Alexandra has experience as a dance instructor and will also guide you through techniques such as the Tibetan Rites

Surfing

The Algarve coast offers incredible surf spots. We’ll have a group surf lesson, giving you the chance to experience what it’s like to move with the powerful Atlantic Ocean.

This session is beginner-friendly, and if you already have surfing experience, there will also be opportunities for you to enjoy the waves at your own level

This is a powerful 7-day retreat designed to help you reconnect with your inner life force and awaken a deeper sense of clarity, purpose, and aliveness.

Alexandra holds a deeply safe, nurturing, and heart-centered space where you are invited to show up exactly as you are—fully and authentically. Here, you’ll be supported in exploring what truly matters to you: what you long to invite more of into your life, and what you’re ready to release—so you can live more fully as you.

To support your journey, you’ll also be guided beyond the retreat itself:

  • A live Zoom session before the retreat to set intentions and prepare you for the experience
  • A closing Zoom session to help you reflect, integrate, and ground your transformation

  • Sunday, October 4 (11:00–12:00)

And as a final and personal touch, you’ll receive a 1:1 integration session with Alexandra after the retreat—helping you embody your intentions and anchor the insights you’ve gained into your everyday life 🌞

About mediatiton 

 

Meditation is about practicing how to calm down, notice your breath, and quiet both the body and the mind. In a busy everyday life, we often don’t stop to listen to our own inner voice. In meditation, we practice being present with everything within us. Here, we can experience getting to know ourselves, without the voices and noise from the outside world.

You already know all your own answers in life. Meditation is about connecting with your intuition, so you can live your life in alignment with yourself!

About breathwork

 

Breathwork is about using the breath actively to “awaken” yourself from within. In breathwork sessions, participants lie on the floor and listen to music. You’ll be guided to breathe deeply and steadily over a period of time.

You’ll be taken on a journey where you have the opportunity to relax all your muscles and dive deeper into yourself. Along the way, you may encounter a range of emotions. The purpose of breathwork is to connect with and release what you’re carrying that you no longer need, and to create more space for what you want more of.

About healing

 
 

Energy work is about becoming aware of the more subtle parts of ourselves—the aspects that reside in the subconscious. Energy can be described as something that connects the body, soul, and mind - a kind of thread running through your entire being.

Sometimes, you carry things in your subconscious that affect both your health and the way you live your life. When working with energy, you receive support in discovering and releasing blockages that may otherwise remain unconscious. This can be experienced as a great sense of relief.

About Raposeira, Portugal

Just 15 mins drive from Sagres you find Raposeira. A small village tucked into fields and valleys, offering us a perfect spot for a meditation that is about moving our focus inwards. The villa is located close to some of my favorite beaches in the world, for example Zavial beach.
