In 2020 I found meditation. After working as an architect and living a very busy life, I had to find ways of coping with a burn-out and this is when my whole life started to shift.

Through meditation I found more of who I truly am, and that is why I decided to teach other people the power of meditation - and the power of our mind.

Breathe your way is a platform for finding your inner best self. I work with companies, offering a workshop to teach the theory behind breath, stress and calm named "Breath of focus".

I offer online courses and in-person breathwork and meditation sessions, and DAY RETREAT´s.

I have a 2 year Meditation teacher and emotional release education from Doctor Audun Myskja educational centre Myskjatunet in Norway. I come from a background in Architecture and worked in the corporate world before finding this path of wanting to spread calm and peace
